
I've missed you! But here I am again.
The last month has been crazy, but it has involved a lot of health and fitness escapades that I will be sure to share with you. Seriously! I had a horrific encounter with an instructor at a gym, I've been tempted to throw out the scale on more than one occasion, have begun running again, have attempted to keep up with a food diary, and have had a few chocolate meltdowns too.
Yesterday, I saw my wedding gowns (well, sarees) for the first time, and I have a new determination to finish losing these last 10 lbs, and to tone up for my wedding.
I am a goal-oriented person, so this is will be my motivation for the next 10 mos.
That's all that's left before I am wed-AAH!

ReplyDeleteI can really Relate Karina. I am now down 55 pounds but I am so stalled. I did a few crazy days of an insane diet and didnt drop a pound. Would love some ideas on how to budge the scale and break this plateau. I still have a little over 70 pounds to go

And Jenn, check out Taj's post tomorrow. 55 lbs is an incredible accomplishment! But we all reach a plateau sometime. You just got psych your body out, because it gets used to things after a while. Try a new fitness routine, incorporate more weights, and watch your eating a little more carefully Your body probably needs less calories now! I know I def. need an eating tune up. Check out Taj's blog post tomorrow also: it should help!
