In case you were curious, here's what I ate today:
Breakfast:
8:30 am - 1/2 cup oatmeal with chia seeds, 1/2 a banana, 1-1/2 scrambled egg
Snack 1:
10 am
6 cherries, 6 oz, unsweetened vanilla almond milk (too little!)
Snack 2:
11:30 am
1 Kind Bar (too much!--210 cals)
Lunch:
1:00 pm
6 oz homemade vegetable soup, 1 small piece bread with homemade pesto
Lunch:
1:00 pm

Small green salad with artichokes, radishes, tomato, olives + Italian dressing
Snack 3:
4:30 pm
1 small (8 oz) Low-cal chocolate-coffee smoothie from Bally's
Dinner:
7:30 pm
3 oz grilled ribs (not exactly the best option, I know...)
Some broccoli slaw + mushrooms + cherry tomato with 1 oz low-cal parmesan & peppercorn salad dressing
